How many meetings should I expect?+

Most clients book 15–25 meetings from a single conference. The range depends on show size, your ICP match rate, and how tight the target list is. For a 1,000-attendee show with a clear ICP, 15+ is typical. For a 40,000-attendee show, you'll have more options and usually land toward the high end. Isn't messaging people through the app spammy?+

That's what the app is for. Attendees download it to network and plan meetings — it has a built-in messaging feature for exactly this reason. A short, relevant message from an exhibitor whose product matches their role isn't spam, it's why they're at the show. The 15–30% reply rate confirms it. Nobody replies to spam at 20%.

How do you actually send messages through the app?+

We've built proprietary systems for conference app outreach that took over two years to develop. Every message goes through the real conference app, the same way a human would — because that's the only legitimate way to do it. We don't scrape, bot, or automate in ways that violate app terms.

What about the email and LinkedIn outreach?+
