MODEX 2026|44,000+ attendees

Every attendee has an inbox nobody's messaging.

We hit every attendee from three directions before the show opens — conference app DM, email, and LinkedIn — all personalized, all coordinated. You walk in with 15–25 meetings already on your calendar.

For exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and anyone attending who needs meetings.

Why It Works

Email is noise. LinkedIn is noise.
The conference app is silence.

The same prospect who ignores 200 emails a day has 0–2 messages in their conference app inbox. You're not competing for attention. You own it.

Cold Email

Buried under 200+ emails. Spam filters. They never see it.

~0%

reply rate

LinkedIn

50+ connection requests a week. Everyone's doing it. You're noise.

~0%

reply rate

Conference App DM

0–2 messages in their inbox. They downloaded the app to network. Your message is the only one.

~0%

reply rate

People at the conference mentioned they saw our message in the app and came to find our booth.

The message and the booth exist in the same context. That's recognition email can never create.

The Campaign

Two weeks. Three channels.
One loaded calendar.

You give us 5 things in 10 minutes. We run the whole campaign — app scrape, DM blast, email sequence, LinkedIn outreach — and hand you back meetings.

Week Before

Access the App

You give us event app login credentials. That's it — 5 minutes of setup.

Day −10

Full Attendee List Scraped

We pull every attendee — name, company, role. 500–1,000 contacts in 30 minutes.

Day −7

Personalized DM Blast

300–600 DMs sent through the conference app. Each personalized. You're the only message in their inbox.

Day −6

Email Follow-Up

Emails referencing the app DM. Multi-channel creates recognition — they've seen your name twice.

Day −5

LinkedIn Outreach

Targeted connection + short note. By now they've seen you in-app, via email, and on LinkedIn.

Third touchpoint — omnipresence

Day 1

You Walk In Loaded

15–25 meetings on your calendar. Attendees know your name before you shake hands.

The Difference

You're not one message.
You're everywhere.

Before Day 1, every attendee who matches your ICP sees your name in three places — coordinated, personalized, impossible to miss.

Conference App DM

Sent first

Hey Sarah! Heading to InfoComm next week — saw DataFlow's been scaling the AV division fast. We help exhibitors book 3x more meetings through the conference app itself. Would love 15 min — calendly.com/showsdr

Email Follow-Up

Sent next morning

Subject: InfoComm — quick note for DataFlow

Hey Sarah,

Dropped you a message on the InfoComm app — wanted to make sure it landed. We help exhibitors like DataFlow walk into shows with 15–25 meetings pre-booked through the conference app.

LinkedIn Outreach

Third touchpoint

Hi Sarah — heading to InfoComm next week and came across DataFlow in the attendee list. Reached out through the app and via email too — just wanted to make sure we connect. Looking forward to crossing paths at the show!

The Problem

80% of trade show leads get zero follow-up.

$5.4 billion wasted annually on trade show leads that die in a spreadsheet.

70%

decide before Day 1

Most attendees plan which booths to visit before the show opens. If you're not on their schedule, you're fighting for whoever wanders by.

6%

feel confident they convert

Only 6% of exhibitors feel confident they can turn event leads into deals. The other 94% know their outreach is broken.

$0

spent on pre-show outreach

You'll spend $20–50K on a booth, travel, and staff. The outreach plan? "We'll just see who stops by."

Your boss asks: “How'd the show go?”

You say: “Good conversations. Got some cards.”

Three weeks later, the badge scans are in a spreadsheet. Nobody's followed up. The “good conversations” turned into nothing.

Or —

You walk in with 20 meetings on your calendar. You leave with 3 proposals out and a $150K pipeline. Your boss doesn't ask how it went — they already saw the Calendly confirmations.

Who's Behind This

Adler Lietz

I built the outreach systems behind ShowSDR over two years — including the proprietary technology that makes conference app messaging possible at scale. Our first campaign sent 603 personalized DMs, 590 emails, and 490 LinkedIn touches in 48 hours. Attendees mentioned the app message at the physical conference and came to find the booth.

I personally oversee every campaign. That's why we cap at 4 clients per conference.

Investment

Your booth costs $40K. This costs $2,500.

Full Campaign
$2,500/ event

~$125 per booked meeting

6% of a $40K booth. Not an expense — insurance that the other 94% was worth it.

Full attendee list scraped & enriched
Personalized conference app DMs (600+)
Personalized email follow-up sequences
LinkedIn outreach (targeted connections)
Calendly-routed meeting scheduling
Enriched attendee CSV (yours forever)
Brand-safe message approval
Campaign report + engagement data
Post-show follow-up sequence
Multi-event: 20% off 2nd, 30% off 3rd+

What you're spending vs. what this costs

Conference booth + travel + staff$40,000+
ShowSDR campaign$2,500

ShowSDR = 6% of your booth cost. Not an add-on — it's the ROI multiplier on the other 94%.

What if your competitor at the same show is doing this?

They walk in with 20 meetings booked. Their booth has a line on Day 1. The first company to message attendees through the app wins. Everyone else competes for scraps.

FAQ

Common questions

Isn't messaging people through the app spammy?+

That's what the app is for. Attendees download it to network and plan meetings. A personalized message from a relevant exhibitor is exactly what they're hoping to find. The 15–30% reply rate proves it.

How do you actually send messages through the app?+

We've built proprietary systems for conference app outreach that took over two years to develop. Every message is sent through the real app, the same way a human would — because that's the only way to do it.

What about the email and LinkedIn outreach?+

We scrape emails directly from the conference app attendee data and enrich with LinkedIn profiles. The email references the app DM, and the LinkedIn note references both. Three touches, one coherent story — they can't not notice you.

I don't have a booth — can I still use this?+

Absolutely. Speakers, sponsors, investors, anyone walking the floor — you still need meetings. We pull the list, find your matches, and hit all three channels. Same result: a full calendar before you land.

How is this different from what my SDR team does?+

Your SDRs use email and LinkedIn — 2–5% reply rates. We add the conference app DM — 15–30% reply rates — and run all three channels in a coordinated sequence. This isn't a replacement, it's a force multiplier.

How far in advance do you need?+

3–4 weeks is ideal. 2 weeks is the minimum. Attendee lists appear in the app 1–3 weeks before the event. The earlier we start, the more meetings we book.

What's the guarantee?+

Full refund within 7 days of campaign completion if you're not satisfied. No hoops, no argument. We'd rather refund you than have an unhappy client.

Your competitors will message attendees eventually.
Be there first.

Right now, the event app inbox is empty. That won't last.

Attendee lists go live 1–3 weeks before the event. Once the show starts, the window closes.
