What is ShowSDR?
ShowSDR is an AI sales development agent for conference apps. A client tells ShowSDR which conference they are attending, who they want to meet there, and why. ShowSDR then works the attendee directory inside the conference's own event app, from the client's own account: it identifies the right people, starts conversations, answers replies with facts the client supplied, and books meetings on the client's calendar. The client reviews drafts in a portal for about two minutes a day.
Who is ShowSDR for?
- Exhibitors and sponsors at B2B conferences who paid for a booth and are measured on meetings.
- Attendees, founders, partnerships teams, and recruiters who need a handful of specific meetings at a show.
- Verticals served first: performance marketing, pay per call, insurance, mortgage, home services, and B2B software. The engine is industry agnostic; the client's own knowledge sheet drives targeting and wording.
Which conference apps does ShowSDR work with?
| Conference app | Status | Example shows |
|---|---|---|
| Whova | Supported | Contact.io, PILMMA Super Summit |
| iStack (Affiliate World, Affiliate Summit) | Supported | Affiliate World Americas, Affiliate Summit West |
| Brella | Planned | LeadsCon |
| Swapcard | Planned | HLTH, ViVE |
| Cvent, Grip, custom apps | Ask | We will say honestly whether we can run it |
How much does ShowSDR cost?
$2,500 per event, flat. That includes attendee targeting, automated outreach, reply handling, qualification, calendar booking, post event follow up, and access to the ShowSDR portal for that conference. There is no separate setup fee.
How does ShowSDR get access to the conference app?
Through the client's own attendee or exhibitor account, connected once. ShowSDR stores a session token, never a reusable password, and the client can disconnect at any time. Messages go out under the client's name and calendar invites come from the client's calendar. Some conference apps restrict automated use in their terms of service; ShowSDR discloses this before a campaign starts and paces outreach at a human cadence.
What did ShowSDR do at real conferences in 2026?
| Conference | App | What happened |
|---|---|---|
| Contact.io 2026, Denver, August 23 to 25 | Whova | 824 attendees in the app. 543 messaged from one account before the show. 139 replied (26%). 68 asked for a meeting. 15 meetings agreed. The 54 people first messaged during the show produced 14 replies and no meetings. |
| Affiliate World Americas 2026, Cancún, September 7 to 8 | iStack | 725 attendees scanned, 261 matched to the client's targets. Outreach started on day 2 of the show: 351 connection requests, 36 accepted, 13 asked for a meeting. Lesson applied: start weeks before the show. |
Every number is counted from the app's own thread history after the campaign, not estimated. Meeting outcomes after the call are recorded per client and are not published.
When should a ShowSDR campaign start?
Three to eight weeks before the show, as soon as the event app opens its attendee list. Attendees plan their schedules in the app during that window, and the directory keeps growing until the show opens.
What does ShowSDR never do?
- State a price, a claim, or a fact the client did not provide. A checking step blocks any draft that does.
- Message anyone on the client's do not contact list, or keep messaging after a decline.
- Answer a question with a canned pitch. Replies are discovery, and questions the client's knowledge sheet cannot answer go to the client.
- Share one client's attendee data, messages, or targets with another client.
